Being gluten and dairy-free can feel like a punishment, but the food here is so comforting and delicious! I love everything I have purchased here and I have bought a lot! 😁
To Your Health Bakery has the most delicious treats! Whenever we are in town, we stop to order. My kids have allergies, and it’s so nice having options for them and not having to worry about cross contamination. We especially love the donuts and cinnamon rolls!

So far I have only tried the vegan strawberry cheesecake, but that's plenty for five stars. It's delicious!! I need to be dairy-free and was guided towards the safe options for me. Hope I'm in the area again to stop by this amazing bakery!
Ordered a GF cake for about $85 (pricey) and asked for a five letter message in any color in the special request area--no message was written on the cake, which was disappointing. The cake itself was good, but it didn't feel like anything special and with the service oversight, I would try another bakery, as opposed to repeat business.
I stop in every time I’m in town. The fruity pop tarts, cherry heart pies, and pumpkin bread are highlights, but nearly everything here is excellent. There are few bakeries that cater to gluten-free needs, so to have a dedicated facility is amazing. I also struggle with other dietary restrictions, so being able to get baked goods that meet all my needs is a godsend. :)

The gluten-free molasses cookies are amazing. The and the oatmeal raisin sandwiches are also super good.

Wow, I absolutely love this place. I stumbled upon it and it is amazing. I cannot have milk products and the desserts taste like I remember them when I could have milk products. I had strawberry cheesecake for the 1st time in 8 years today and a cream cookie sandwich. So good.
Originally were looking for alternative desserts, at first did not mind the price and still don’t but after going several times we have noticed inconsistencies far too often with the taste of the cake slices and other options they have. We still like that there is a store around that offers alternatives for people dealing with food allergies but can only hope the owner can make the tastes more consistent and train their younger employees to be more attentive than distracted.

Top 9 allergen free items available. They specialize in gluten-free, lactose-free, and keto. They have a mixture of items targeting different dietary restriction measures. I like to get a gluten-free dairy-free chocolate chip cookie sandwich with a moderately sweet vanilla cream or a big soft chocolate cookie with almond butter creme. My kids might get a gluten-free brownie, gluten-free dairy-free cheesecake, or a Winston-Salem favorite, Moravian style soft molasses cookie. The head chef has a proprietary blend of flours that they use for different baked goods. With gluten-free baking apparently it is not optimal to use the same flour to imitate phyllo dough as it is to make a donut, cookies, or cakes. I get my birthday cake here every year and they offer constant favorites as well as seasonal specialty cakes that you can choose. They also have pre-made meal offerings such as pot pies another one dish gluten-free meals.

I was so excited to find a place that was GF to make my wedding cake. I tried multiple attempts of emailing and calling the bakery to order a cake from them. I ended up having to call and remind them about my tasting and then never received a response moving forward. I didn’t feel like they appreciated or wanted business. Overall the products I tried were good but expensive.

My sweet tooth and my desire to eat healthier have long been at odds, and I wanted to get a sense of how keto desserts compare to their sugarfied counterparts. That led me to To Your Health. It’s a small bakery with minimal seating, but there’s quite a bit here: cakes, cupcakes, pies, cookies, donuts, and more. As expected, there were more gluten-free than keto/paleo options, but a helpful staff member was able to point me toward a few sugar-free offerings.
I ultimately went with a piece of pumpkin cheesecake, which proved to be a somewhat mixed experience. I knew the texture would be different from a classic New York-style, and it was. However, the sweet, creamy filling with warm spice notes proved to be plenty tasty in its own right. Unfortunately, I couldn’t say the same about the crust as the pronounced almond flavor was a bit off-putting. Finally, while I was prepared for keto desserts to cost more, $9 for one piece of cheesecake still stung.
To Your Health does a commendable job of providing options for those with food allergies and sensitivities, and if I were in that camp, I might rate them higher. I can appreciate the care they put into their offerings, but for me, they just weren’t worth the cost.

So glad we stopped here while visiting! It's so hard to find truly tasty gluten free and dairy sweets... Not to mention dairy pumpkin spice coffee!!!! Seriously awesome and worth the 4 hour drive.
