Was in town a few weeks ago, food was terrible, service was slow, and they sent the order to the wrong e-mail. NEVER again. Noisy ,smelly, loud, no.
as a non profit organization, I feel it is obsurd that when our org is doing events in your area, YOUR Managers take it upon themselves to close all entrance doors and operate Drive thru only, when your location clearly has a seating area and it's 1:00pm on Saturday. sign says business hours are all week7AM-9PM. just because they don't want us to use your restrooms. Not a good look in our community. If this is not addressed and resolved, next email will be to the Better Business...read full review
First the dinning room is never open. No reason why. The girls stand talking or on their phones, have very little customer service skills and the wait is alway ridiculous. You sit there no less than 30
Minutes waiting only to get a watered down and chunky smoothie. Image chewing all the ginger. Yuck. This place is the equivalent of the worse Bojangles now! Staff is awful.
