Just bought bagels. ..ok.So, the plain bagel looked as though it was not cooked but I was more shocked that I was charged TAX. The only bagel store from Bay Ridge past Dyker to Bay Pkwy. And I know them all. Have NEVER been charged tax! Wow
The bagel sandwiches here are ridiculously expensive. I didn't ever expect to pay over $10 for a breakfast sandwich but I had no choice since it was already made when they charged me for it. I don't understand charging labor on a bagel ($.50 to toast and $.20 to scoop) but apparently this is something people do. I don't scoop my bagels, but I can't understand why they would charge you to toast a bagel at a bagel store. They do sell baked goods on site and candy, as well as other...read full review

I went into the store yesterday placed my food order and bought 2 bottles of Manhattan special. I paid for my order with cash told the cashier I'm taking it home. She packed the food in a paper bag and I said I need a bag for the Manhattan specials. I was going to Starbucks and didn't want to carry them without a bag.
