The bagels are amazing! The staff can have a little attitude, but definitely would recommend coming back!

The staff is efficient and they make wonderful lattes. If you're OK with the Brooklyn charm of inconsistent bagels—sometimes crunchy, sometimes fresh, sometimes chewy—you will like it here. They have great bagels and muffins, along with sandwich options and an array of cookies. Unfortunately, mistakes sometimes happen, like receiving the wrong bagel type or cream cheese. Despite some drawbacks, Bagel Schmagel remains a popular spot in the neighborhood.
