This is my second time going to this location in the last two weeks, both of my experiences have been bad! Last week I arrived at 7:50 and I’m assuming it was the manager working, she was the only one there and it took her forever to even greet me and the order took even longer. Listen I Know the slogan is "Your on Tropic Time" and all the things that go with this but my gosh 30 minutes is excessive. With that being said Tropical Smoothie really does offer a fantastic selection of smoothies - My favorite is always the Bahama Mama and even though I was able to set up a whole account online in the time the smoothie was perfectly blended and hit the spot. This is the ugliest, nastiest, Tropical Smoothie place I’ve ever been. Usually it looks clean, professional, friendly employees. But this place has none of that. It’s sad because this is the closest tropical smoothie store near us. I will try it one more time but if it’s still the same we are not coming back. Employees lack of motivation.
