Blatantly racist establishment. The jokes pretty much write themselves. This “dress code policy” (which isn’t listed ANYWHERE on their website as of 8/31), is clearly discriminatory and selectively enforced to deny entry to Black patrons. As a highly educated & successful woman of color, this was disgusting to witness.
The prior one star reviews are NOT a coincidence. Not to mention, they don’t even bother to respond to the plethora of prior unhappy customers which tells you more than you need to know about how much they value their brand.

Awesome little bar on Burke St! The place has a good vibe to it and attracts plenty of people. The cocktails are great and the bartenders know their stuff! We enjoyed sipping on cocktails while hanging out on one of the many comfy couches. The kitchen makes a nice charcuterie board, too! Check it out!

The bartender was incredible making our drinks. Atmosphere is always amazing. But the crab dip is not as good as it used to be. They give you way less than they used to, and they don’t have it baked in a skillet anymore because apparently they ran out. The manager didn’t care about our feedback or concern. I’m pregnant and we literally came here solely for the dip. It is so disappointing that poor service and food has hit this place. It was a hidden gem, but now it’s feeling more mediocre just like everywhere else.

This place has a very relaxed atmosphere, my wife and went on a Friday around 2:30, about 6-8 customers. The food was quite tasty and the prices were not bad. Steak Empenadas were very good as well as the chicken/cheese quesadilla.
