We went to get breakfast; this was the day after the snowstorm. The lady who waited on us was super nice and sweet to us! She took our order and drinks! She would come back and ask us if we needed anything else or refills on our drinks! This is why I gave this Waffle House 5 stars! There's good customer service and then there's this Waffle House! Simply superior to the rest in the city! The food was cooked to a great clean, crisp, the attitude of the staff was friendly. The way it looked especially for the type of food was top notch! Seldom especially for a Waffle House does one call corporate and make a positive statement but this is the rare case. Every bit of the food was great, they even gave a free drink to our kiddo. Kudos the GM!
I've been to this location several times now. The food and service is usually pretty good, but today the customer service could have been tremendously better. The waitress didn't seem as if she wanted to be bothered and it definitely showed in her actions. It felt uncomfortable to even ask for anything.
