I recently had the pleasure of visiting Waffle House 1020 with my family on multiple occasions, and I must say that our experiences were consistently exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by April and Quila. These two servers went above and beyond to ensure that our meals were delicious and our visits were enjoyable.
From the moment we walked in, April and Quila greeted us with warm smiles and attentive service. They took the time to answer our questions, make recommendations, and check in on us throughout our meals. Their kindness, patience, and dedication to their craft were evident in every aspect of our dining experience.
What truly impressed me was their ability to provide personalized service, remembering our preferences and making us feel like regulars. Whether it was our server remembering my dad's usual order or April surprising us with a complimentary dessert, they consistently showed that they care about their customers and value their business.
The food, of course, was delicious, but it was the exceptional service from April and Quila that truly made our visits to Waffle House 1020 stand out. They are a credit to the Waffle House brand and an asset to the community. We will definitely be back, and we'll be requesting them by name!

Sat waiting on coffee for 15 minutes, and the cook has to give me a refill after waiting another 10 minutes.
I just left, and I'll try another place down the road. Terrible wait staff.

One could not appreciate or enjoy a better place to get good food and plan one's day both with someone else and/or by yourself. I don't know they do the same all over the U S A.

I've lived in the south for my whole life and I never get tired of a Waffle House. The staff are welcoming and friendly, I ordered my food and didn't have to wait very long, and the food itself, while a little greasy, hits exactly how you want it to. Perfect for the early morning or the late nights.

The staff is so friendly!
I was a little hesitant to come to this place because of the social media incidence that occurs in this franchise. I decided to check it out personally. The location was clean. The staff was quick and attentive. You can see you food being cooked right in from of you. The quality of the food was good and the prize was the price. I will definitely return.

They be overcharging people. The menu clearly say 11$ each tax included, why I spend 11 dollars more like who els food I’m paying for? I only ordered two meals at 11$ each not 3. In addition, I live on the other side of town so I’m trying to call the location to speak to a manager and nobody will answer the phone. Definitely my last time coming here. (So I just spoke to a supervisor now they telling me that they charge people “their customers a 10% charge for to go orders”, so they charged me $11 of my money for taking food home that I already paid for wow definitely about to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Where does this say it on the menu that y’all charging $11 for takeout. Now Waffle House really sound like they trying to get them late night people, that come in drunk and not paying attention to their money. The menu price don’t matter no more obviously y’all charge which I want to charge even though it is in fine print. Smh 🤦🏾♂️ shame on yall.

African American lady was so rude telling me where I needed to stand because she's wearing a (mask) why that even matters?Guess she felt she needed to instill the 5 ft rule..which she should just get a grip and move on already, people have had enough of that nonsense long enough. I barely had much to say to her all I wanted to do was grab a menu and sit at the bar area there to look at it and she wanted me to move and kept being rude and ugly about where I was standing and to hurry up and figure out what I wanted. So I finally said I'd be going elsewhere. She didn't care, her response was OK! Nobody in the food industry should be treating others like that. If so, shes got the wrong occupation. I was calm with her, polite and timid. She should not be in customer service at that rate. She made me feel like I was disgusting and a walking virus. She had me absolutely baffled.
