African American lady was so rude telling me where I needed to stand because she's wearing a (mask) why that even matters?Guess she felt she needed to instill the 5 ft rule..which she should just get a grip and move on already, people have had enough of that nonsense long enough. I barely had much to say to her all I wanted to do was grab a menu and sit at the bar area there to look at it and she wanted me to move and kept being rude and ugly about where I was standing and to hurry up and figure out what I wanted. So I finally said I'd be going elsewhere. She didn't care, her response was OK! Nobody in the food industry should be treating others like that. If so, shes got the wrong occupation. I was calm with her, polite and timid. She should not be in customer service at that rate. She made me feel like I was disgusting and a walking virus. She had me absolutely baffled.

I asked a co-worker what she'd like for breakfast and she said a waffle from WH. So I ordered online and picked it up. When I walked in store was very clean. Both employees working spoke and started conversations. Very very nice. Got my food and I didn't get a chance to eat until 2 hours later. Food was still delicious. My only complaint is the raisin bread was stale and I mean stale and I really wanted that raisin bread. Definitely put them back on the map for ne. I was highly impressed.

I made an online order for four All-Star Specials and was thoroughly disappointed.
The first thing I took note of was the absurd waiting time listed for my order. I was told that my order wouldn’t be ready until 10:41, but when I went at 10:30, my order was already there, and by the lack of prominent warmth, seemed to have been there for a considerable amount of time.
When I got home, the second thing that became evident was that parts of my order were missing. I had ordered the All-Star Specials with bacon and sausage, yet not a single one of them had any meat. One of them was supposed to come with wheat toast, however I had not been given any.
I can’t say the food was good either. It was lukewarm at most, and another disappointing factor was the mushrooms I got with one of the hash browns. The taste of them was so revolting I had to immediately spit them out. They were sour and akin to nail polish remover. I have eaten mushrooms plenty of times before, and have never tasted some that were so repulsive.
I tried to call the restaurant in order to file a complaint, but it seems as though they don’t have an active phone anymore. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant, which was an inconvenience. I understand that this is the norm at certain restaurants, but Waffle House is a multimillion dollar company; they should have some way to reach the restaurant without need to go all the way back there.
This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. My orders have been incomplete or have had inaccurate wait times before, but I had not complained. However, I am tired of tolerating this type of treatment.

It's your waffle house vibe location! But this waffle house was clean (even the bathrooms), the kitchen was well stocked, the staff was kind, and they even have utensils and condiments out for to-go orders!
I’ve never had any issues with my food or how it was served. The food has always been great here, but the service on the other hand is a different story. Also, my motorcycle gloves fell out of my helmet and one of the staff members admitted to taking my gloves and putting them back in the office but now my $120 gloves are now missing. So this place owes me a pair of motorcycle gloves.

Their service is excellent, the waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food surprised me because it was very delicious. The dishes were served quickly.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The moment we walked in, the overweight blonde woman rudely demanded we sit in a certain place. I asked for my eggs well done, and the cook rolled his eyes and groaned. Then, our waffles were horribly undercooked. I asked for a replacement and was met with an extremely rude “you want a well done waffle?”. I was given another undercooked waffle that I couldn’t eat. The meal was $44. The staff were so rude and unprofessional and frankly scary. I have never gotten Waffle House before and had been looking forward to it, but now I will never visit another establishment. The woman who “greeted” me should be terminated based on her behavior, because Im sure this is a pattern. Disgusting atmosphere, disgusting staff, disgusting experience.

My daughter and I received fast and efficient seevice. Food was delicious.I had the Bacon egg and cheese plate w scattered well hashbrowns, and an extra half bacon on the sandwich. YummyMy daughter had the ALL Star w Chocolate Chip Waffle, Bacon, Hashbrowns, and hard scramble Eggs with cheese. Looked Amazing!
