I am never placing an order for cupcakes for this store. I did place order 3 days ahead and today which i had scheduled pick up between 9am-10am they were so delayed they couldnt even let me know ahead of time so i could arrange order things. The worst experience ever if i could give them a negative i would .

They never help the customers. Stood here for 20 minutes with THREE workers behind the counter and not one offered to help me. I called the bakery phone while standing here and watching all three of them look at it and ignore it.
The cashier was rude and needs to learn how to talk to people. She needs customer service training most definitely.
great sales and friendly workers
Trying to buy a cover book for my iPad and it looked like some kind of remodeling I asked an associate and was told Yea not today they all boxed up and turned an walked off
The location is easy stop to to purchase items onmy way to Winston Salem NC and on my way home to PILOT MOUNTAIN.
of all the wal marts in this area, this one is the best one. It was clean, people stocking shields, and when I needed help the staff was polite. It wasn't real crowded, would have liked to of seen another line or two open, but overall it was ok
Ok. This may be a long post but bear with me. Last week I went to buy a TV from Walmart that was advertised at $299. In stock and on the shelf according to the WM app. When I got there the Assistant Manager said they would not sell me the TV for $299 saying it was a computer error. I showed them the listing on the app and they said too bad. I basically spent a day and a half on the phone with Walmart saying it was false advertising. They told me to check their terms of use on
I totally understand you putting the Flea Meds in a locked cabinet bc of theft, but why you would give the key to only person running a register in the lawn and garden is beyond me. Not only was she a young teenager with no personality and I had to wait for her to ring up 2 more orders with a line of about 10 ppl standing there. We get to the cabinet and she goes thru each key 2 times b4 she can even unlock it. Will really be rethinking my Walmart shopping in the future
So you want to be paid $15 an hour? When I put my basket on the checkout belt you say," Take your stuff out the basket." Then I say "no problem, what would you like me to do with the basket?" You proceed to tell me with a funky attitude, "you are suppose to put it back where you got it from in the front, but I guess you can leave it here if you don't feel like taking it back. (Rolling eyes at me)" So I say," no I'll put it back, I sure don't want to inconvenience you any at
