The Wendy’s on Jonestown Rd, Winston-Salem, NC has the MOST TERRIBLE drive- thru customer service. The wait time is horrific. I waited in line at drive thru for more than 5 minutes with one car at pick up window, and one car at the intercom waiting. Watching two employees work on a car in parking lot. I finally pulled out of the line.
The drive thru crew thinks it’s funny to have you wait at the window for almost ten mins and not even say hello and then look at you when you pull up to the window to see what the deal is. After the face Rosa made, I’ll call corporate. Makes no sense bc I wasn’t the first one to the window, the line of cars in front of me was helped and cleared out. Still no one said anything at all at the intercom.
