Lolita and Terry are the best, I only go in there when those two are working. Great food, service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Madeline was great and the food was great! Our Normal location has been closed forever and a day! Left us struggling to find a place for late night food! Staff at the Jonestown location are all great! No issues at all with food, service or service! As for corporate... well closing a location without warning and just forgetting your customers for months on end is unexcusable, if another location and company had their act together you could have lost valuable costermen

Really good service, great portions for the price. We get the “All star special” and we always have leftovers, the waffles are DELICIOUS! Despite the reputation of Waffle House we have always enjoy our visits, this branch is nice and clean, the waitress is very friendly and polite
