The only reason I'm giving this place a 1 star is because a 0 star isn't available. Absolutely the worst customer service starting at the time of order. The employee literally acted mad at me for ordering. They were allowing the line to wrap around the building, and wouldn't take an order until they had served the only customer at the window. After 17 minutes I finally reach the window, and as soon as the window opens a rush of thick Marijuana odor hits me in the face. So strong in fact that I felt dizzy from the effects. The clearly high employee was extremely rude, snatched my debit card, never said a word. Wouldn't repeat my total, never said thank you, just a terrible example of customer service. On top of all of this, my food order was wrong, fries were ice cold. I'll never be back, and will tell everyone that will listen to stay far away from this disaster.

I went to the drive-through one morning at 10:25am and proceeded to order Breakfast. they had the breakfast menu up still but they told me that they were not serving breakfast anymore and I asked how am I supposed to order lunch If the lunch menu was not even up he responded By saying that it would be a few minutes before they could get outside to change it. I did not get anything I left I don't appreciate the rudeness! Very unprofessional and if your sign says you are going to serve breakfast until 10:30 then that is how the business should be ran.

Takes FOREVER to get your food. Always a line. And the employees are rude and seem quite unhappy to be there.

employees acted as if they weren't on the clock to work, no-one came to the intercom to take my drive through order. I drive to the window and they’re all talking and laughing. I call to see if there open a hesitated “yes” was the answer to my question. I drive back to the drive through because other cars were there
 still no answer for myself nor the other cars. Everyone went to the window and still NO HELP.

Rude l. Terrible customer service. You would think working the morning wouldn’t be too bad but they just had the nastiest attitude. No hi welcome how are you or anything just a dirty look and then you just stand there staring at me . Get it together

Expect a 45 minute drive-thru line with only 1-2 cars ahead of you. On a different occasion, I placed a mobile order only to find out the store has closed on a random afternoon without anything saying so on their sign. Either needs new management or to be shut down.

The owner, and manager of this place need for the corporate office to come down and scream at them. This place has been understaffed forever and the poor people inside work their butts off to help the customers. One star for garbage management. The employees need kudos and a raise for putting up with it.
