They randomly lock the doors and don't service the dining room without notice
They don't unlock the dining room till later in the morning

Extremely long wait times for a Wendy's
Sometimes the food just tastes different than other locations.. and I still can't figure out why.
50/50 chance the drink machine is empty, disabled, or needs refilled so it won't dispense.

I hit this location on lunch frequently as it’s by my office. I won’t say Wendy’s is the best burger I’ve ever had but I can say the gentlemen named Kendrick in the drive thru has kept me coming back. He’s always nice, quick and seems like a hard worker. I hope y’all take care of him, a great employee like that can make an average visit special.

I'm normally very disappointed with this Wendy's, as they've gotten my order wrong multiple times, but the Baconator was a double stack and had plenty of bacon on it this time. Whoever was working around 3PM today did a good job making sure everything was right, thank you.

I visited this establishment today and attempted to use my Wendy's app. I asked the employee to scan the barcode on my phone for a coupon, but for some reason, he didn't do it correctly, and I couldn't go back to scanning because it indicated that he had already used the coupon. He looked confused and didn't know how to proceed, so after waiting for a while, I decided to pay for the meal in full. After that experience, I was instructed to drive up near the door, where we ended up waiting for at least 6 to 7 minutes without being informed that there would be a wait for any items. When we finally received our food, I noticed they had stuffed a lot of ranch into our bags, which I hadn't requested; I only eat one type of sauce from Wendy's, so I sent one of my children inside to get the correct sauce. The same drive-thru employee made a comment to my child, saying 'sauce is sauce.' I wasn't aware of this until we were about to leave. I then tried to call the store, but no one answered. Additionally, I had to send one of my kids back in because they forgot one of the fries from our order. With the long wait times and the inability to properly scan a coupon that you encourage customers to use through your app, it just doesn't make sense to me how customer service can be so poor. I hope someone will reach out so I can discuss my experience further; if not, please ensure your associates receive better training in customer service skills.

I went to Wendy to get food when walk-in to go wash my hands it was roach on the door. I went to tell the employees they said it’s roaches everywhere in here. Not clean place. I will never go back there

Horrible service. Ordered tenders and a wrap. Got charged for both. Only got the wrapped and a service member with bad attitude when I came back and told them I never got the tenders. They got aggressive.
