The purpose of my dining out was to celebrate what would have been my 48th Wedding Anniversary and to honor my late husband, who passed away six months ago. I invited four of my dearest friends and we left an "empty chair" for me husband. Josh, our Server was outstanding, and went far and beyond, to make our evening lovely. The food was fantastic! We loved the Cream of Mushroom Soup, and everyone raved about their entrees'. I will definitely return !
The ambiance in the glassed annex was amazing. We all enjoyed our dishes. I particularly enjoyed my ribeye. It was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. I also liked the potato side that came with it.
Bernardin's is the top restaurant in Winston-Salem for sure! The atmosphere is unusual and the enclosed/climate controlled glass dining area is so unusual and beautifully designed. The items on the menu are all unusual and are changed from time-to-time so that boredom or predictability does not ensue. The chef and staff are extraordinaire!!! You will feel like a most valued guest when you are there. We really look forward to this dining experience more than any other restaurant...
