I love the BBQ at the. Skylight Inn in Ayden, the BBQ is the best that I know of. I recently went to Sam Jones on Fire tower road in Winterville, NC. I got a pound of BBQ, The BBQ at Sam Jones had a different taste, and look about it. After eating it I realized it had a greasy taste, and a shredded texture to it.
