I don’t know why this location has a 3.5 Star rating but from the time I walked in until the time I left…..I was greeted, place was clean, food was fresh and customer service was excellent! Michelle and Ebony were outstanding! I even told Michelle that at least they had everything in stock to serve bc most of the Subways around our area always run out of something!
Michelle and Ebony are the two most amazing ladies ever. Every time I walk in there, it's always good conversation, good energy, and wonderful service. I cannot stress it enough how wonderful they make the whole experience. I'll actively go out of my way to order from that store in Winterville even if I'm on the other side of town simply because the service is second to none.
Only one slow employee working…counting every leaf of spinach.

Subway is a well-kept and impressive franchise where you can enjoy a fresh and delicious tuna sub or the new nachos. The Italian BMT is a family favorite for takeout, with friendly and inviting employees providing good teamwork and great customer service. The staff is very nice, very fast, and good at their job, offering great recommendations. While renovations and new staff have improved the overall experience, some customers wish for more menu options like pizzas and better bread availability. Overall, it's a pleasant place for a nice lunch.
