This Wendys is good. Best to come around dinner and supper. If you don't like something just go to the manager. I've never had them not take it back. They always work with us especially with potatoes!
Waited 20 min for a sandwich only to get it and see it was beef and not chicken like I had ordered. Took another 10-15 min to make it right. Only one person out of the 5 working apologized and it wasn’t a manager. No offer of compensation, nothing. Also heard them complaining about drive thru customers, unprofessional
The employees were so friendly and accommodating. I called them to ask a question before heading over and one of the employees answered almost immediately. After placing my order and waiting about 20 minutes, the employees sincerely apologized multiple times for the delay, but the reason for the delay wasn’t even their fault.
