Been to lots of bike shops in Asheville over the years and have never been treated as well as I was the other day when I walked in for the first time. Frank took the time to explain the issues on my bike, never tried to upsell me on service stuff, and didnt try to sell me a $5k+ bike. Actually gave me some tips on upgrading components on my bike instead of trying to sell me a new one. Walked in and service was done in 24 hours. No other shop has ever done that for me around...
Frank and his folks do great work. Bought a bike from them. They took the time to adjust all of the bike components to properly fit my size. At a competitive price. And they actually pick up the phone when you call. Would recommend.
I was down in Asheville last week, April 28-May 3, to ride my road bike with friends and I needed a quick, important repair. Frank fit me right in and got me back on the road within 3 hours. What a lifesaver and what a great bike shop. I can't thank Frank and his terrific shop enough!!!
