“Food here is good just make sure your not limited on time. We typically go in a sm to med group but typically spend 90-120min there and that is with making reservations. Last time i got the grouper, rice and asparagus, really good but lacks presentation.“

“We visited Oceanic on a chilly night, so we cozied up inside—and honestly, it was perfect. Warm, welcoming, and still just steps from the ocean.
I ordered the mahi‑mahi tacos and they were unbelievably good. Fresh, flavorful, and the kind of delicious that makes you do a happy little chair dance.
The staff was just as wonderful. Everyone was friendly, upbeat, and made us feel like we were longtime regulars instead of first‑timers.
Even with the cold outside, the whole place had this warm, happy energy that made the night feel special.
Between the great food, the friendly team, and that iconic pier setting, Oceanic totally won me over. Can’t wait to come back—maybe next time when it’s warm enough to sit outside!“

“I’ve been dying to try this local hotdog stand ever since I’ve first came to Wrightsville Beach! The atmosphere definitely reminded me of a great Chicago hotdog stand… Even if the Vienna beef is nowhere to be had, I enjoyed the recommendations from Jackson. I have both the Polish and the traditional trolley dog. Both hit the spot along with the fountain Coke. It didn’t hurt that. It was a beautiful day to have the dogs out on the beach and parking is free in November. Service from Jackson was excellent. We’ll definitely be back.“

“Best place in Wilmington on a Tuesday night!! Great price alc, legend Dj with a dance floor and stage. Have a bunch of bar games but most are crammed to close together in the back. Always had a good time and it’s a minute walk to the beach.“

“I've been going here for a long time, and always enjoy the visit. They have great food (and weekly specials), a large drink selection (even more specials), and plenty of TV's to catch the games. There's also a covered patio out front, great for people-watching.“
