Absolutely the worst experience EVER.
Store was out of beans
Beef burrito looks more like a square.
Beef taco had NOTHING in it.
Cheese Quesadilla had no cheese and both were burnt stiff. And smashed into the bag. What...no sauce in bag? No napkins in bag? Right.
Remind me again why I continue to go to this place?
No answer on the phone.
And the receipt printer is soooo bad, you can’t even read the info to do an online survey.
The restuarant in Zebulon, NC are thieves. They sold me $47.00 of food that was not edible. I tried to call them the night of the purchase but no answer. I called the following morning and the manager on duty was rude and hung up on me when I asked for the corporate phone number. I called to file a complaint and spoke to the store manager who told me to bring the receipt; which, we did and then he changed the story that he was only replacing the chicken which was not what we...read full review

I don’t think they have changed the grease in the fryer for a month! Chicken tasted terrible. I always likes K of C but I will never go back! To high priced to get something you can’t even eat!
