Customer service is non-existent at the Zebulon location. Refusing to fulfill a order with the excuse "We not doing breakfast no more" when the order was for a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and a quarter pounder with cheese and a small fry. none of which is a breakfast item. It's pretty sad that it's became easier to just place a mobile pickup order and do it that way, but now even that seems to not be working. Might be time for a surprise visit or a crew clean up
