“I search for gluten free bakeries wherever I go. It’s a random luxury I miss being able to do. Go into a store and pick out delicious things that I know won’t make me sick. I love how the textures are so similar to “normal” baked goods. I also have a dairy allergy and that isn’t always an option at gluten free places. I was also able to pick up some nut free items for friends that are nut free and gluten free. My favorites were the caramel and lemon blueberry!“

I enjoyed the Pad Thai with chicken added to it. The chicken would have been better tossed in the sauce rather than set in top, but the dish was still very good.“
