Sub was bigger than I expected and about the same price as other sub shops. Great value and great tasting.
It was great and the workers were very friendly
I ordered the steak and cheese melt also the chicken and cheddar rancher.The food was really fresh and tasty! They put a decent amount of food on the sandwich. There are a lot of menu options and great prices!

The steak is by far leaps and bounds better than their competitors. The portion size should be a industry standard across the board. Orders are made correctly and quickly, and the service is great. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond. The kiosk makes ordering quick and easy. The packaging is sturdy cardboard that holds up well. Firehouse also has a gluten free bread option and good Celiac protocols. The business supports local firefighters and gives back to the community. One time a member of a family forgot the au jus with the french dip, but the customer blames themselves for not checking the bag before leaving. Firehouse has a vote for the best sub shop in the city. Highly recommend.
