“Everything’s all good. But, seems almost every time I make an order they have to replace cookies I ordered with something else they have sitting around. Because somehow they run out of cookies you ordered on the website a day or two ahead of time.“

“I felt extremely rushed and couldn’t even get out my full order before they rushed off to make it. I understand being busy but customer service is important and i only had maybe 4 people behind me. I couldn’t even say i wanted extra toppings. On top of that i got a “Gotta have it” and the amount of toppings i got was def for a “like it.” Tiny plastic scoop of peanut butter scraped from the bottom of the container and ONE little peanut butter cup. Only thing i could taste was chocolate ice cream. Train your employees better.“
