“5 star for ice cream and everything about it. 1 star for customer service especially today. We come here weekly and sometimes twice a week and Usually they have friendly faces but today they had a young guy serving ice cream with horrible attitude. Saying have a nice day with the same attitude as telling you to f... off! I would have him prep ice cream in the back rather than being in the front with that arrogant attitude! I know it's hard to find employees but the good ones keep customers coming back. The ones like that young guy today who wasn't even wearing a name tag make you never wanna come back again.“
“I decided to take my kids for a Valentine’s Day treat and we were so impressed! I assume she may have been the owner, but the lady who greeted us was delightful! She showed us how everything was laid out, described the flavors, and was very welcoming. It was extremely clean, and comfortable seating was a plus. We enjoyed each flavor we tried and we’re already talking about a return visit soon!“
“This Culver's is excellent. We've come here three times during seperate trips and each time it's great! The staff is always polite and the food is always quick for us.We love all the different dipping sauces to choose from. The cheese curds are always a star at our table. We typically do chicken, but got a burger this last time and it was one of the best burgers we've ever had.I'm typically not an ice cream lover, but the custard here is really good too!This place does get pretty busy, but I plan on going again and again.Parking: Easy to get in and out ofKid-friendliness: Kid friendly“

“Love this place. We stop in every now and then as a treat and I just think the banana and pineapple flavors (and obviously the bobas) are the best! They’ve updated their furniture recently; it looks nice in there! They keep the tables and restroom pretty clean, too… no super sticky surfaces!“

“Brittany T was FANTASTIC today in assisting me with an issue I ran into. I was having trouble finding a place in town to make bbday cupcakes on time for my daughter’s bday and I was just abt to give up when I called this DQ.Brittany had me email a picture of what I wanted so I could find out immediately if it was doable- stayed on the phone with me for 5 minutes- and when I found out they couldn’t do it- I came in to look at other options. I found a happy medium I’m satisfied with, still getting the same basic idea I was going for, and Brittany even offered to come in *early* on the day I need the order ready by, just to make sure my daughters bday goes according to plan and everything is on time. 10/10 worker!! Goes above and beyond and does so with a smile on her face:) DEFINITELY deserves a raise and a pat on her back. I’d come to her for ANY and EVERY event crisis!:) She turned a stressful situation into a simple solution and gave me the best solution she could offer:)“
