The food came out very hot and the service was great! My server, Ethan, was awesome he was so happy to be there. The manager was active and talking to tables everyone had a great time. We will be coming back!
Our server Vivian was extremely thoughtful and kind!! Took our orders and made us feel feel very welcome. Showed the true North Dakota hospitality!! Would love to have her again when I come back!!!
The food was good. However I felt bad for the staff as the restaurant was not adequately staffed. The waiting to pay was a long process. When she arrived you could tell that she was frustrated due to being overwhelmed with everything. She stated I am only once person. No smile or thank you.
As you can see the service goes downhill if the staffing is not adequate with the traffic. It impacts not only your employees but hurts the overall experience of the guest...
