“Though I have done instore purchases/pickup, good clean store front and display shows fresh ingredients and clean and tidy, friendly staff and helpful too, as I have mobility issues and they were kind to carry out to my vehicle for me..I grew up in the food industry and for the most part, I only had one pizza not quite, it has a cheaper ingredient that really took away from what should have been a very good pizza, hopefully my feedback at that time, will encourage, to not use that type of product, as I think for the most part, people want good taste and quality, sale items can sometimes be compromised a bit, so go for the quality ingredients and the people will be happy... It's not a perfect world, but always hope and room for improvement right...We're only human after all, so again, for the most part, I ENJOY Papa Murphy's and certainly recommend them....Cheers !“

The only thing I'd want to change, which I didn't ask about so maybe they do already have it as an option, would be to get the top a little crispier. Crust was perfect otherwise. “Was there today after horrendous thunderstorms for a kids birthday party. Employees were friendly, constantly checking on us, and so courteous. . Food was good. I had to wonder why we don't visit here more often. have you ever tried their loaded baked potatoes? Made the decision to do lunch there and check their specials (happy hour, half price appetizers). Nicest employees ever! Felt they all enjoyed working there. Best fries I've had in a long time.“
