Traveling for a conference and I've stopped here twice now because of how fantastic this place is. Amazing service and very friendly staff. Love how they greet you with a big smile and a "good morning" Couldn't decide on my breakfast items and lots of staff gave recommendations on their favorites! Helped make my decision easy! The staff go way above and beyond compared to the staff in the Fargo store I usually go to.
I was picking up for Uber eats and the order took forever. The manager included a card for $4 off of the next order, but I don't typically go there for myself
I dropped into this popular cafe while traveling around and it was exactly the familiar, comforting experience I needed. The space is beautifully designed with a warm atmosphere, plenty of cozy seating options, and reliable internet making it a perfect spot to get some work done or plan the next stop on my itinerary. Starbucks Coffee Company is a very busy location with a great and clean space. The place is super clean and cozy. It is a newer location with a very busy drive-thru.
The staff can be kind and caring, getting orders out perfectly. However, some visits feel very rushed. Customers sometimes do not get a moment to look at the menu or use the app to pay before being asked for their order. While everyone works hard, they can seem tired.
There are consistent issues with order accuracy, especially regarding customizations and added charges. Customers report paying for additions like extra bobba scoops, fruit dragon, or vanilla sweet cold foam that are missing from their drinks. There are also occasional problems with gift card payments in the app, leading to confusion over the final total.
Despite these problems, many enjoy their time there. Drinks like the mocha frappe are delicious, and food items like the lemon loaf are enjoyed. The location is appreciated for being faster than usual when it is not busy.
