LOL Their ice cream flavors and quality and assortment of desserts are unsurpassed anywhere! Everything is sooooo good!! And they do awesome events for the community all the time. “Prairie Sky is truly a gem in the Minot community. The atmosphere of their cafe is wonderful, along with all the delicious breads, drinks, and treats available. Their Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough is delectable, and their scones are amazing, even when they’re a day old. This is one of the few places where I know they’re using real, high quality ingredients in the food I’m served. I would recommend Prairie Sky Breads to anyone in, or visiting Minot.”
