“don't order anything ahead of time from the joke they call a bakery. if someone orders a curbside pick up, even after you have ordered it on the phone or in person, they will give it to them instead. and then do absolutely nothing to assist in getting what you need. MANY people reserved pumpkin pies ahead of time for Thanksgiving. but they were given away to customers in the store or curbside pick up. so basically, if you have reserved something from the bakery for years now, you aren't a priority to them. horrible customer service.“

“Today's date August.19 2024:..time 2:35 pm when my complaint occurred..So me and my girlfriend came in she went to play casino games at the machine I actually wanted application for work had to wait a while kinda slow in there i I'll be right with you the bartender said said, then asked my friend if she needed something to eat or drink and I said not at the moment.. then the ladie and brown hair and short bartender said , can't be in here we'll get you for the lotiering ! Rudely off the blue .. not professional there's a better Way engaging and talking to us about that we just got there less 5 minutes it's on your guys's camera there's a better way of saying it and wording it.. she needs to be terminated NOT professional rude to customers like me and I don't want to work there I'm good.. so I'm over at Labby's no issues over here not one word from them .. short lady brown hair glasses make a false accusations about lotiering does she know the definition of the word lotiering?? she doesn't need to be RUDE to customers! good way to lose business!! this needs to be addressed to the management. We're not criminalsn I seen the bad Vibe off that short lady glasses around here in the 50s.. sure you guys cameras in your bar. Be professional!! 😡 😡 😡 😡the definition of lotiering is, standing around without reason for long period of time with our apparent time! we just came in the door ! so she's made false accusations..she don't need to work there ...check your cameras.. cameras don't lie.... 😡 she was RUDE!!“
