latte....coffee....good..
I had a horrible experience at another location and came to this one. I'm so glad I did. I told the manager about it (I assume she was the manager, didn't really know). She listened, apologized, gave me a free drink ticket, which I didn't really need, and then gave me a little extra trinket. She was the absolute sweetest! This is what above and beyond is. Thank you!!!!!
