I was in the mall and thought "I haven't been to Chile's for quite some time" thought I'd kill 2 birds with one stone and pick up my items at the mall and get a bite to eat. Everything at Chile's started out OK, but bartender wasn't familiar with the menu, and struggled to answer detailed questions. Beverages were OK. Food was OK, ribs were definitely overcooked. Bartender/server did check on us 30 seconds after she sent down the food and never asked again. After we finished eating, which I did not finish the ribs. I asked for the bill and was given the mobile kiosk to pay, she had given us the wrong bill. I said just take my card and swipe it and bring me the receipt for the correct bill. She indicated that wasn't an option. Neither is a paper copy of the bill for my expense report. So I left dissatisfied.

The food was really good. Everything I got was really good but the ribs are not worth it. They charge $3 extra for the ribs and they barely have meat on them and they were dry with skin like jerky. The chips and salsa were phenomenal! Also, the cheese sticks are incredible! Highly suggest everything but wouldn't suggest the ribs.

Came here for a late dinner at 8:45pm with my brother. We were able to be seated right away, and service was very friendly, and the restaurant very clean, and not too busy given the hour. When our order's arrived, one was correct, but the other had several significant missing components despite being an on menu order without modifications, it was a pick 3 out of a list menu item where only one of the three ended up on the order that went to the kitchen. The server got the correction to the kitchen and got the other items out shortly, though. The food itself was fantastic, and errors happen, but here were remedied without trouble. Would go again!

Normally wouldn't rate so high since most times we don't choose Chili's to go to, but the staffing was so nice and it was the cleanest I have ever seen it. We had a gift card to use, so we came to chili's! Atmosphere and service was great, but my chicken was a little off and for sure could have been cooked better.
