We had an absolutely wonderful time today with our server KJ. She was the kindest person we have encountered in a restaurant in a long time. She made the entire experience a 10/10. Yes they were a little busy but she made sure to continue to update us on food or drinks and brought refills without needing to even ask. She was an absolute gem.

Chili's Grill & Bar offers a great deal with generous portions, especially the number 3 meal. The drinks are strong and not watered down, served by pleasant and friendly staff. The food is amazing, hot, plentiful, cooked very good and fresh. Servers are super friendly, make great recommendations, and are on top of everything without hovering. The staff is very welcoming and the to-go service is amazing and very polite. Overall, Chili's is a convenient option for a mall meal.
