Update: using the app did hopefully help. They reached out and offered a token credit to try it again.Original: Panera is really struggling. Don't come in often but twice in last 2 or 3 months I've been in and had problems both times. Today they were over 20 minutes late on estimated time. We were lucky and ordered ahead, one guest waited almost 30 minutes they said. Well, well, well, where do I even begin with this dining disaster at Panera Bread? Let's start with the stellar service, shall we? The pickup counter attendants seemed to be under the impression that fulfilling orders was an optional part of their job description. I mean, how dare you actually expect to receive what you ordered from the kiosk?Now, onto the culinary masterpiece that was the "bowl" of Chicken Noodle soup. They’re reputation of good food continues here but the lack of customer service is enough to keep me from coming back. Today no one was at the counter when I arrived. After 10 minutes of waiting I was told to use the kiosk. The employee didn’t offer to help me as I had never used the kiosk. Needless to say I figured it out but as usual the employees at this location are unapproachable, unfriendly and lack customer service!
