Went for lunch with my daughter and most of the staff were amazing but the older woman delivering orders and cleaning tables had an absolutely awful attitude .So Rude staring at customers and shaking her head with a dirty look.Slamming dishes like she was having g a meltdown ..I will not be returning while that awful person is working there..Thanks for ruining my day !!

Update: using the app did hopefully help. They reached out and offered a token credit to try it again.Original: Panera is really struggling. Don't come in often but twice in last 2 or 3 months I've been in and had problems both times. Today they were over 20 minutes late on estimated time. We were lucky and ordered ahead, one guest waited almost 30 minutes they said. All the tables were dirty so we had to clean one ourselves. 2 sodas were out and staff couldn't't be bothered to fix it in the 30 minutes we ate there. For 10-15 minutes two staff were busy chit chatting behind counter instead of helping get customers served. Thankfully the food was good so maybe we'll try again.

Well, well, well, where do I even begin with this dining disaster at Panera Bread? Let's start with the stellar service, shall we? The pickup counter attendants seemed to be under the impression that fulfilling orders was an optional part of their job description. I mean, how dare you actually expect to receive what you ordered from the kiosk?Now, onto the culinary masterpiece that was the "bowl" of Chicken Noodle soup. Spoiler alert: it was more like a sad excuse for a soup cup. Picture this: you eagerly lift the lid only to discover that your bowl is so pathetically underfilled it makes you question if they ran out of noodles halfway through filling it. And the taste? Oh, brace yourself for the sensation of pulverized chicken bits floating in what can only be described as celery-flavored tap water. But fear not! They graciously included a miniature baguette, a whopping 1-inch marvel, to rescue you from the depths of flavorless despair.

I was in a rush to get some food and decided to go to Panera Bread. I went to the drive thru only to be sent away because I did not order through the app. No one cares about your app. You're a casual fast food joint let me just order quick at speaker from the drive thru and let me be on my way. Totally ridiculous. Who ever came up with that idea is an idiot. You might as well just shut down the drive thru and destroy it since it's useless.

I get the same thing every time the sausage, egg and cheese on asiago bagel and it’s always bomb.! expect for one time they messed up and gave me ciabatta bread and I didn’t care for it as much. But all and all the food is always great!! They marked the right order but made the wrong one n I door dashed this time so couldn’t take it back.

This place is not the place to go if you are looking to get something to eat fast. They are very slow, you’d think ordering online would help but wait times are usually 7-10min after the time the order is supposed to be ready on the app. The drink I ordered was starry and it came to me terribly flat and did not have a taste due to it being out in the machine. The food was prepared right and tasted well though.
They got 1/2 my order wrong but my sandwich was good.

Rainy Days
The Fargo location is increasingly disappointing!! The place is a complete mess. The tables are all dirty, the dirty dishes are stacked so high there is no place to put any more. My salad came with chicken on it, and I did not order it with chicken. My hot sandwich arrived cold. The place is disgusting, and the prices are extremely high. We definitely will look for a new place to frequent!!
