At a certain point I think you should prioritize the people who are physically in your store and have been waiting for a while. Stood in line for 25 minutes, line didn't move an inch because they were just doing online orders. There were about 35 people waiting in line and they would not even take orders from us. I live in horace and am pretty disappointed that I drove all the way here and didn't get any ice cream after waiting that long.

I was weary to eat here due to one of the employees not wearing a hair net, or having her hair tied back.
Won't go back, just because I don't care for the taste of the ice cream.

The line is out the door and they only have 3 people working?! They need more staff or another cold stone location all together.

Unfortunately the only thing Cold Stone in Fargo has going good for it is the brand standard ice cream. We stood in line for over an hour while the staff working completely ignored people in the store and only worked on online orders. They had 1 person working the in store line and 3 working online order, completely ignoring the chaos going on in the store.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. I love the concept & product. But there is ZERO customer service- last night 5 people working- yes 5! Yet they were standing around, dropping items, talking to each other, cashing in tips, and the customers waited in line and observed the dirty place. I am guessing that Michael would be the manager? He didn’t lift a finger while we were there, his name is listed on the receipt ( he was cashing in the tips). The flavors of ice cream were mixed, because they were dropped in the others while getting them out. It was a very disappointing experience.

Ordered a Pineapple Shake and received a Pineapple Smoothie. When I asked the staff if my order was an ice cream Shake, they said I ordered a Smoothie then said "if you wanted ice cream, you should've said Shake"... Both my wife and I told the staff twice "Pineapple Shake". Ice cream runs should be fun and memorable.

Dawson was INCREDIBLE when we came in for ice cream, it was a bit of a wait because the manager didn't help him and the other staff member stepped out for a quick bathroom break. Dawson was nice and kind and was amazing under that pressure. He definitely deserves a raise.

It was horrible. Place is so dirty, anti sanitary, flies flying everywhere, food doesn't look safe, all ice cream look horrible, girls wearing their bracelets on wrists and scoop icecream from this jars, mountains of garbage on a display and not clean surface where they mix all this stuff, AWFUL, I didn't buy anything, only water, place for pigs

It's good ice cream but needs a serious deep clean, ice cream on the walls near the tables and garbage cans and dirty floors
Had the strangest experience today… the girl working never spoke. I said hello, silence, asked how she was doing, silence, made my order, silence. She just stared straight at me, never smiled or altered her facial expression at all. I actually thought she may be hard of hearing, or deaf, until she proceeded to make the order. Absolutely bizarre service. Unfortunately, I had to tip because the other girl working the register was very kind… I would have felt terrible withholding a tip from someone actually doing a good job. Assuming they tip share… the other girl needs to be fired if she’s going to be collecting tips from people being of service.
