The ice cream is always good, the service is not. It's always hit or miss, which makes me not want to go. Especially since they usually charge me for the wrong size and I end up paying more...

Excellent flavor selection of hard ice cream. Located in a strip mall with easy access and parking. They also mix in bits of toppings and have flavored cones as their specialties.

They have great ice cream buy the place is a mess Nothing has been cleaned for some time. The rest rooms are filthy,has not been cleaned for some time. Trash laying around ,dried ice cream everywhere,nothing wiped down

Usually great service everytime I come here. Love the flavors (mud pie mojo is my fave) however this time I noticed some serious dust collecting on one of the hanging signs at this location. It won't stop me from coming but not cool to see. Edit: Removing star -Everytime we come in, I notice something else that needs to be cleaned and not just the daily needs but like a deep clean! 🤢 I also see the other reviews mentioning the same lack of cleanliness and nowhere do I see a response from management - unfortunate.

I work at Papa Murphy's next door, and I got my order name wrong, and the guy with blue braces and curly hair was really helpful! I loved his personality. Thank you to the ginger-haired guy as well!

The ice cream was delicious but the store itself was dirty, absolutely gross. We were there just after they opened for the day. Clearly employees do not do daily cleaning and store owners are not managing their employee's.

Finally got cold stone because I had a bogo coupon... And OMG I hate we waited so long. I can't believe the quality and amount of ice cream and toppings we got for just 6.00$! I think this is the best desert deal going on anywhere. I did go midday on a Monday and the place was dead thankfully so we had no wait lol. To everyone complaining about being in the store and the employees working on online orders, well they go in order of the order being received. If an online order was placed before you got there then, you have to wait. And they get a lot of online orders. Maybe just go when they are slow or make your own online order lol.
