Don’t go to the Dairy Queen on 32ave Fargo ND. Under staffed and rude young men. I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip basket . Took for ever to get it and then they put barbecue sauce on it. Mind you there was no one at the front counter so I went back to where a young man was cooking. He starting yelling at me a 72 year old women to get behind the counter. Luckily he didn’t push me or I would have called the cops. Then I told me the order was wrong and he yelled it wasn’t his fault the order was wrong. Then he said he would refund me and never did. So don’t go to Dairy Queen on 32 ave Fargo, ND!!!!!!

My husband and I waited in line for 15 minutes; Which is fine, but when it was our turn, the kid behind the register looked at us, didn't say a word, and then walked away and didn't come back, lol. After waiting another 10 or so minutes, we just decided to leave.
I really hope the service gets better at the DQs in town so they don't end up shutting down!

Food tasted like it sat for at least an hour yet it took 5+ minutes to get it. Fries were cool and droopy, chicken strips were beyond disgusting. The only things fresh and good were the gravy, pop and toast. Definitely won't be back to this location.

Ordered 8 double cheeseburgers a large fry and a sundae. I was asked to pull up out of the drive through, and proceeded to wait for 31 minutes to recieve my order. The sundae was completely melted by the time I got my food. The excuse I recieved? I'm sorry we used your patties for other customers. I could have grilled better burgers at home in less time. I won't be back. Edited because after I got home I didn't even get my fries. What an awful experience.

Hi was passing through Fargo and wanted too Bye a llarge Dairy Queen cake for my wife for her 34th birthday It did happen to be 9:50 PM but all the doors were locked and no one answered the speaker or the phone call. It was just a simple bio large Ice creamcake and leave didn’t need no toppings or decorating. I thought businesses were supposed to Our door is locked during business hours. I am also a A manager and a restaurant I understand it was towards the end of the night, but your business should be open I’m very disappointed and don’t plan to stop here anymore. On my way through town.

I usually don't write reviews but thought I would I live in north fargo so was in area of 32nd and got 4 piece chicken combo... which was actually fresh and customer service was super friendly I usually go to north univ one for the $7 meals for kids and such last few times they'd give u rubbery cold fries and they were super rude last two times they'd just hand u food in snotty attitude don't even say thank u and when I said thank u they just looked at me sorry if so mad that we ordered $40 of food maybe they should switch jobs but I highly recommend 32nd ave one for not just good food but friendly service friendly service goes a long ways

After this last time here I will never spend another cent on this establishment. Save the excuses. Waited over 10 mins for my food and got served ice cold chicken tenders. The customer service was horrible and I absolutely won't be going back at all. Maybe hire some adults and pay them a decent wage these high school kids don't do anything but mess around and do anything but work. There's no work ethic in a lot of people and those individuals should be making less then those that do have work ethic. But none the less then the greedy business owners don't make as much. Well after being served with absolutely 0 customer service and being served a cold meal I will no longer be supporting this business.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had to deal with! I'm not from north dakota so to come here and see this is how customer service is here is very shocking. We just went to the drive thru the lady said she would be right with us, she was pretty polite, but the some guy comes across the speaker yelling hello hello hello rudley. So my young daughter starts to tell him our order and then he starts yelling drink drink drink, she can't even get out of her mouth what she wants because he's just constantly yelling drink. I was to the point it was like what is his problem! I told her let's just leave because I don't want to spend any money on this place that is so disrespectful and so very rude! I will never do business here and will spread the word to my friends and family locally. We will take our business to the dairy queen across town. I really hope the owner starts looking at reviews because I'm sure this type of customer service going on at this location is hurting his own wallet. I've been a store manager and have been in customer service for many years and I would never tolerate this type of disrespect to any of my customers. My daughter was still being so sweet even tho he was speaking to her like that I will not tolerate anyone talking to her like that ever! Definitely zero stars for this business!

This is the worst location. The workers are rude and the manager doesn't know how to work with customers. She just lets her staff act childish and however they want and then all she says is "I apologize". If they are going to have young kids be managers they need to educate them on how to do the job. We will never return to this location.
