I usually stop by this Dairy Queen and never have any issues, but today was honestly unacceptable. The staff seemed completely lost, like no one had any idea what they were doing. I waited way too long for a simple order, and when I finally got it, it was wrong. I don’t like to complain, but something seriously needs to change here. Very disappointed.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit was so bad I had to say something. I went to this DQ excited for a quick treat, but instead I got a whole attitude show from Jose at the counter. He looked annoyed from the moment I walked in, like taking my order was ruining his day. He messed up my Blizzard, didn’t even flip it like they’re supposed to, and when I politely pointed it out, he just shrugged and walked away. The place wasn’t even busy, but everything was slow and sloppy. Jose seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than actually helping customers. No smile, no thank you just pure attitude and laziness. Honestly, if this is the kind of service they allow, I’ll be taking my ice cream business elsewhere. Management needs to seriously retrain or replace him.

WORST SERVICE EVER! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!! We waited in line for over 30 minutes for 3 blizzards. Was at the window for over 10 minutes before our order was even started. Jeremiah who claimed to be the manager had a thug attitude and should be fired for the way he talked customers. I mentioned the 30+ minute wait and he blamed it on the 9 cars BEHIND me and then started yelling at me that it wasn't his fault. He was still yelling out the drive thru window as I drove away. I called the store when I got home and Jeremiah answered the phone and still refused to let me speak to a manager. He hung up on me but only after he threatened me if I came back in that store. What a disgrace he is!! He was literally screaming at me. I will call back and speak to a real manager. What a joke!

This was a typical Dairy Queen. I had a hot fudge sundae. The hot fudge was in the bottom of the cup instead of over the ice cream. my wife had a blizzard, and it was good. The service was awful. Although it was busy, most of the staff was in slow gear. Although there was nobody ahead of us, we waited about 10 minutes before somebody waited on us. The tables were dirty as nobody was cleaning them up. Food was coming out of grill slowly, so people were sitting around waiting for orders

I just walked out of this location and went to the one on 52nd Avenue. I will not go to this location anymore. I first asked the gal at the counter if she was ready to take my order and she laughed and said she would like to say yes but no. She then went in the kitchen and left me standing while the four staff I saw are laughing and totally ignoring me. This was after I waited at the drive thru to order and decided to go in because there were no other customers in there. This has been one of a few bad experiences in there and I am done with this location even though I live blocks from there. Staff are always rude and the tables are all usually dirty as well as the floors, even when there is no one eating in. This location has gone way down hill since the recent fire closure and they re-opened. Don’t go here. Drive a little further to a different DQ.

I normally don't take the time to feed back the results of fast food experience. But since my son and I sat. And waited so long for our order to go. I'm left reviewing the service. We received our food and sat down by a booth waiting for our blizzards which never came and my son finally said Dad we should check and when we checked there was no one at the counter. There was nobody willing to come to the counter from the kitchen area and they hadn't even made any of the blizzards and there was only one car in the Drive-Thru and everybody in this restaurant had already been served. You can always depend on this location for the highest prices and the longest weights for your food. Just as long as you expect that you won't be disappointed

Worst dq in fargo! Service is horrible and you'll be waiting 45 min for food
Unacceptable level of service. If you want Dairy Queen, try one of the other locations in town. Came in at 7:40 on a Tuesday and got my food 8:30. Workers were constantly ignoring me, saw several others that were also here waiting and getting ignored. A Doordash guy was there for probably 30+ minutes, didn't get acknowledged once, and had to cancel an order. Several mobile order customers were there, waiting for someone to talk to them so they could get their order that was ready for several minutes getting cold in the process. Food wasn't very good either, and they messed up about 20% of the order.

Don’t go to the Dairy Queen on 32ave Fargo ND. Under staffed and rude young men. I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip basket . Took for ever to get it and then they put barbecue sauce on it. Mind you there was no one at the front counter so I went back to where a young man was cooking. He starting yelling at me a 72 year old women to get behind the counter. Luckily he didn’t push me or I would have called the cops. Then I told me the order was wrong and he yelled it wasn’t his fault the order was wrong. Then he said he would refund me and never did. So don’t go to Dairy Queen on 32 ave Fargo, ND!!!!!!
