I wish I could give them 000000000 stars. This is my second horrible interaction with them . I hate that they are the closest to my home. They will give you the wrong order or incomplete order and they will say that it is your responsibility to check your receipt to make sure that what they gave you is correct. No sympathy or accountability whatsoever. The manager is horrible at problem solving and will not address the issue at hand. I had the manager yelling at me over the phone . Tonight, when I called to report my incomplete order, the team member told me they were “too busy to address my concern”. Then while I was asking for alternative solutions, he hanged up on me. He would not give me his name. They are horrible and I pity the owner of that business. I don’t think this is the reputation he or she wants for their business. The employees and the manager are a huge joke. Stay away if you can avoid them

We live within a mile of this location and love the Dominos flavor. The past two times we have gone, they have provided us with the wrong pizza with no sympathy when we have to wait around for them to make a new one. By this time our second pizza is cold. They brushed off their mistake and just blamed it on their expediting system. This location is unorganized and care less about customer service. We have now been driving to the next closest location to satisfy our Dominos craving. The location on University is far more cleanly, organized and friendly. We will not return the this location on 32nd.

4 months ago i ordered 2 lg pizzas. They were 2 of the worst pizzas ive ever had. The crust was like damp cardboard, there was no sauce on them the ingredients while present were miniscule delivery tookover an hour. Last night i took a chance and ordered from them again.... well it was same shit different day the pizza arrived late, cold the top of the box was pressed against the pizza and again skimpy ingredients. A 3 dollar frozen bargain pizza is much nicer and tastier. In short Dominos is TERRIBLE.

Sadly, this will be my last time ordering from Domino's as I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for a PICK UP order that was marked ready by the app. Unfortunately I paid before receiving the food, so I was held captive in the lobby. I would have walked out otherwise. The only reason I gave the food 2 stars is because it existed, unlike their communication and compensation for ruining our plans tonight.
