“Placed my order and was told it would be ready in 15-30 min. Went in to get my order after 35 min. only to see that it would be ready in another 35 min. Two employees were arguing while dropping f-bombs and one proceeded to quit only to return to their shift 15 min. later. Extremely huge lack of professionalism but the pizza was great.“
“National pie day. Place an order at Papa John’s down the road and it was a 120 minute wait time. Called to cancel and staff stated they didn’t know it was national pie day and got busy quick. Place an order here and it was done in 15 minutes. Inside the store there was 8+ people working and seemed to know what they were doing. This is the second time I’ve switched to this location and it’s always a fraction of the time. Would recommend.“

Their display said it was, she never checked on completed orders, waited 15 minutes for an order that was ready when I walked on.Ordered delivery on a Sunday. It was over an hour past the "done" time on the app before it arrived.“
“Very friendly staff. They end up knowing your name, your order, and if you usually run a bit late. They often make sure you get the right price or pick the right coupons to make sure you don't overspend. If they mess up on an order, or are way backed up and you have to wait for a long time to get your food, they'll sometimes give you a discount. Or give you your order on them (That is only if you're a regular and eat there all of the time).I even once brought in a $50 bill and forgot they only accept $20 bills at most; since I'm a loyal customer, they trusted me to pay them back when I ordered again 2 days later.They treat you like a small home town restaurant customer. First name basis, and genuine hospitality.I give them 5 stars, not because the food is always perfect or correct; which is rarely the case of being imperfect btw...but because they have a great menu, good prices, and top class people.Parking: They're almost 100% on time with their orders...I've seen only two people in the lobby waiting plus me on a busy football day.Yeahhhhh...you'll have no problems parking?“
