First time visiting and I loved it. Seemed like a tough day for staff. Wait for the food was a bit long, but understandable given the circumstances. Ordered Mezza Platter, Beef Gyro Entree and a chicken gyro sandwich. Will return!
Today was not the first time I’ve eaten at Ishtar, but it had been awhile. As with every other time, the food was excellent. This time the wait was particularly long, but the gentleman working both the counter and kitchen was very apologetic and gracious. And the food was well worth the wait.

Ishtar Mediterranean Food in Fargo is seriously good. Everything tastes authentic and full of flavor — not bland or watered down. You can tell it’s made the right way. And the baklava pieces are huge and absolutely delicious. Definitely worth stopping in.

Everything was amazing! Service was amazing! The only thing I hate is that 2 of the items I ordered are only available in the restaurant and cannot be ordered for delivery. So every time I want this full meal I'll have to go to the restaurant and pick it up or dine in.

Ishtar is my go-to spot! 😍 The food is DELICIOUS, and the staff is super friendly. I always have an amazing time there. Highly recommend trying their lamb shank with rice and Homs – it's a fave of mine! 👍
