If you want fresh sushi in Iowa, Izumi is where it’s at. The staff are great. The ambience is great. I would recommend 10/10 times. Wonderful place.

After living in the Seattle area for 10+ years and moving here, this is our new sushi place. Comparatively, it's decent, but it's great for the Midwest.
The hibachi is also really good, but a little too heavy on the zucchini, in my opinion. You'll never leave hungry if you order the hibachi even to go.
The only negative I have to say is that the seating is what you'd expect from an all you can eat joint: maximum seating for the space.
I've been to both locations in Fargo, and I'd say this applies pretty well to both. We will definitely continue ordering food from here.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Fargo-Moorhead area. The food is great and the service is even better. The all you can eat is a great value. My favorites are the B&W roll and Hibachi Chicken Fried Rice. There are so many good options that are hard to pick from!

Food is sub par. Wasabi is fake, just green horseradish. All you can eat is a scam. They charge you for what you DON'T eat. 2 of us ordered modestly, all you can eat is 29.95 each and we probably got about 25-30 dollars of food in total at what they charge, and they charged us for the bits of food we didn't eat. The reason we had left overs is because the quality of the food was bad. It's not just a server scam, the company is in on it because they run the full charge on the card. Honestly, the worst experience on our trip.
