I went here after going to a musical at the NDSU festival hall, and it was very nice despite the weather. The prices were surprisingly low, and it was extremely fast preparation. I got the number seven, which is the first time that I’ve had it and I really enjoyed it. Even the pop from the pop machine tasted very nice, which isn’t something that’s common. I have debated coming here every now and then since I go to this university, but never had the chance so after actually going here, I plan on visiting more often now. I highly recommend this place if you like Jimmy John’s or sandwiches like theirs in general. The only thing that I would say is difficult would be parking. This is more of a walk-in store, not a park and get into the building type. You will have to walk quite a ways if you take a car. The fact that this is positioned very close to campus says that it’s more of a student-targeted restaurant than anything else— so be prepared for that.
Parking: Parking depends on the time of week. During the weekend, it is free but during the week depending on the hour, it is paid/permit only.
Kid-friendliness: It’s not kid-unfriendly, so I guess it is kid friendly

07/18/2024. Our first time to Jimmy John’s. We were at the Jimmy John’s next to the university in Fargo. The location is very nice. The only drawback was the parking, there wasn’t much, hard to find and not much parking. As we haven’t been out to a sandwich restaurant for many years it was a nice change. Everything in the sub was fresh and prepared as asked. We couldn’t find a bread option which is important as my better 1/2 is type one diabetic. No big deal and we didn’t ask. The staff were exceptional and very friendly. The location was spotless even the washrooms. I feel the washroom are a good example of how the restaurant is kept. NOTE: The parking is at the rear of the building and you have to walk around to the front to access the building. All in all we liked it.

Placed an order this evening. The driver called me 4 consecutive times in the span of 2 minutes. I texted to let him know I couldn’t pick up right then. He stated I’d “just have to pick it up at the store then.”I am not able to do that which…. Usually is why people order delivery.I called back when I was able, maybe a minute later, and was immediately met with a rude tone. The driver continuously interrupted me and wouldn’t actually let me provide the specific instructions he was demanding (despite the delivery instructions being very specific.)I let him know his tone and the interruptions were disrespectful and he just hung up.I called in hopes of speaking to a manager that could actually get a driver to deliver it and was met with a severe lack of concern.When people pay for a service it’s so so so reasonable for them to expect that service be carried out. Disappointing but somehow not surprising.
