This is a fantastic, kid friendly, restaurant and bar close to the NDSU campus! We were there for a wrestling tournament at the Fargodome and it was a great option to walk and grab an ice cold beer and some food while we watched the wrestling finals and world cup live! They have a great sports bar atmosphere with TV’s at every angle as well as group rooms when you go with a team! Highly recommend this if you are staying near NDSU!

Herd and Horns is a favorite spot to enjoy drinks and good company, making it a great college bar. The bartenders and cooks are absolutely amazing, and the restaurant is family-friendly, welcoming kids. The sports bar atmosphere features many TVs, making it a good place to watch a game. The menu offers delicious options like the bacon chicken ranch wrap, which is a perfect mix of flavors and textures. The staff is friendly, attentive, and quick to serve. The food, including burgers and nachos, is great; recent visitors have raved about the Union Burger and the BBQ mac n cheese. Be prepared for a possible 35-minute wait, but the sweet potato fries and cheese curds are also outstanding. Overall, Herd and Horns is a great place to grab a meal and have a good time, especially on game nights.
