Just showed up to this location at 3:30 p.m. in the afternoon and the door was locked and nobody answered their phone. Don't know if the hours are wrong or what but went out of my way to go to this location and nobody was there.Edit: They have since contacted me and are working towards figuring out the issues at this franchise
The food is fine if it's made correctly. Online ordering for delivery is awful. Order at 1100 and ask for ASAP and it arrives an hour later with a distance of 2.5 miles. Rarely is the order correct, either items made wrong or items missing. No apologies or customer service when you call to ask about how much longer and always an excuse of how busy and not enough drivers.
