“The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“

“Burgertime is my go to burger! I also love the daily specials I honestly can say I've never been disappointed with my meals(I have picky children as well n they love every bite) worth thecl money unlike these other specific burger chains“

“As someone that works in customer service I can tell you that the customer isn’t always right, often they’re obnoxious, rude and entitled.5 stars for the reason they don’t bow down to the cheapskate Karen’s and Ken’s that cry about everything. Much love to the owners.“

“The BEST gluten-free eating experience in the Fargo area! They have such a caring and patient staff that will make sure there's no cross-contamination for people with food allergies. They use new ingredients, have 2 gluten free crust options, dairy free cheese, and it's delicious! Can't recommend enough. (the picture looks a little cooked - but it's how I like it haha)

“Always stop here when I'm passing through and what's not to like? Chicken is amazing and the cashiers are always professional, def a diff vibe than your typical fast food place. Only odd thing was overhearing an awkward staff conversation that was held in the restaurant amongst two employees. I'm thinking that kokf of conversation belongs in an office. Regardless I will be back.“

“One of the Cleanest restaurants I have ever been in! Not even straw paper on the floor, no foot prints either. The food was so fresh that it tasted like the curly fries were fresh from the field to the table. I was so impressed and loved our experience there. <3“

“while the food is solid and has big portions the custome service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff downtown always looks like they're forced to be there and would rather be anywhere else. From complaining loud enough in the kitchen to be heard in the lobby, to making you feel like a problem for asking for items to be removed or slightly altered on a order. Customer service has always been this locations biggest issue since open and is even worse in 2022. if you want to be treated like a person who isn't an inconvenice maybe go somewhere else.“

“Went to LeeAnn Chin's and they were out of Burbon chicken. I started peeking over the stantion at Cajun Cafe and it looked like Chineese to me, the older gentleman (not English speaking) was quick to hand me samples and so I left the cue at Chin's and went over. Cajun Cafe is less sweet than LeeAnn Chin, and has some spicier "cajun" options, but make no mistake, this is Chinese food. I've eaten there several times since and it's always delicious. I highly recommend it.“

“I absolutely love firehouse subs. Best place in Fargo to get a sub hands down! Don't waste your time with subway when you can get quality you can taste at firehouse. This is in my top three places to get a sub in town! I've tries every sub and would order every one again.“

You can order online on their free app and have the food fresh and ready when you pick it up! You can order in the stalls or on their patio that has such a cool atmosphere! “Service was great but they screwed up my burger by including ketchup which I asked to not be included on the sandwich. The problem I assume was the dumbbell in the kitchen that couldn't follow simple instructions. Other than that I would definitely stop by again. Counter staff was outstanding.“
