“The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“

“This was my first time at Chick-fil-A and I had such a great experience!

I’m from Canada, so everything was pretty new to me. I actually ordered the wrong thing at first (I wanted the waffle fries), and when I went back to let them know, Jocelyn was super nice about it. She helped me change the order and even gave me the right one without charging me again.

It honestly wasn’t about the money, it was more how welcoming and kind she was. She was smiling the whole time and made the experience feel really comfortable and friendly.

“in most part, I truly enjoy picking up a nice personal pie. However, my buddy and I did notice the pizza was undercooked. now if we didn’t have a time constraint, we probably would’ve asked for it to be remade. We did not say anything, but I have hopes the manager might read this & maybe next time keep the pizza in the oven slightly longer.“

“I had the kindest interaction today, 2/18 around 4:45 as I was grabbing some quick supper since I was stuck in town for a meeting later. The gentleman at the window, who also took my order, made a point to thank me for being such a kind and nice customer. He really appreciated it. It made my day to hear that my normal self happened to be a piece of joy in someone else’s day. AND he took the time to let me know. “while the food is solid and has big portions the custome service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff downtown always looks like they're forced to be there and would rather be anywhere else. From complaining loud enough in the kitchen to be heard in the lobby, to making you feel like a problem for asking for items to be removed or slightly altered on a order. Customer service has always been this locations biggest issue since open and is even worse in 2022. if you want to be treated like a person who isn't an inconvenice maybe go somewhere else.“

The roast beef sandwiches are always super fresh and hit the spot, plus those curly fries are honestly the best thing ever. “I was so curious to check out the Champs and boy was i pleasantly surprised not only was the food exceptionally delicious, but the service I received was outstanding, i wasn't expecting much, considering it's a gas station, but the store was very clean and the lady that I spoke to ( i didn't catch her name, but I believe she had blue hair and alot of tattoos) had such a outgoing/fun attitude, it was hard not to smile. 10 out of 10 experience“
