The service was far from even okay. It appears that employees should have more training on how to wait on customers. The food is usually pretty good. Especially the blizzards. However, the lack of confident employees causes me not to go very often.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a popular spot, always busy with long drive-thru lines. The service is impressively quick and the restaurant is kept clean. The friendly staff sometimes seem tired, but they are consistently helpful and patient with customers, making experiences enjoyable. The burgers may not always meet expectations, but the A1 Burger is consistently well-prepared. Blizzards are always good here, though there have been occasional issues with burger temperature. Improvements are still needed in making blizzards and customer service. Overall, it's a decent place, especially compared to nearby fast-food restaurants. Special recognition goes to the competent manager for maintaining high standards of service.
