“The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“

“Yesterday we went to Culvers on 13th per my daughters request for her golden 7th birthday. One of the staff gave her a free sundae, and a scoopie stuffie and she was so happy! We love culvers and how they can still be a fun fast food option even though I am gluten free. She already asked when we can go back again. Amazing service noticing her birthday headband and going above and beyond to make her feel special on her specail day.“

“Fast quick service. Went to McDonald's to get ice cream coons for children on a school field trip, but they were out of order for all the ice cream things. So we went to Dairy Queen, they did quick work at getting our ice cream. 🍦🍦“

“If it had not been for Ciera ! 🎉 This amazing employee saved the day ! After DoorDash messing up our order multiple times I went straight to Sonic to pick it up ourselves, and she made sure that our order was correct and even when above and beyond to make sure that we were all set!! “Really cute spot with great desserts and drinks. The crepes are thin, soft, and loaded with good stuff—loved the matcha strawberry one. Boba milk tea was solid too, not too sweet, and the pearls were just right. Chill vibe, nice staff, and everything looked super aesthetic. Definitely worth a stop if you’re into sweet treats and bubble tea.“
