While the food was being made, he popped out again to ask us about condiments and apologize that he was taking so long And that he was new, but in all actuality, he was very quick.Prompt, polite, all that stuff You don't find at fast food restaurant anymore. “I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“I have recently had a bad experience here where they messed up my entire order and would do nothing to fix it. The manager basically blew me off stating the employees were new, so too bad I wasted money on two subs I couldn't eat. I started going to the one across town. But I was near this one recently and gave them another chance. I ordered online but made sure to be there to watch them make my sub. The employee was really nice, and he got both subs perfect!“
