“I have recently had a bad experience here where they messed up my entire order and would do nothing to fix it. The manager basically blew me off stating the employees were new, so too bad I wasted money on two subs I couldn't eat. I started going to the one across town. But I was near this one recently and gave them another chance. I ordered online but made sure to be there to watch them make my sub. The employee was really nice, and he got both subs perfect!“
“I visited during the doldrums of the day.... about 3 PM when rarely are fast food places at their best. BUT, I was greeted by outgoing, happy employees who did their very best to make my visit a success.This is a great sub shop location. The smiles alone are worth the visit but great food makes the trip even better. This place has great food, great employees and plenty of smiles... Well done!“
“Great sandwiches! I personally prefer the style of these subs over Jimmy Johns and Subway. Plus, you have the option to get some delicious cheese steaks too. Their portabella mushroom sub is also a great option for vegetarians or vegans (if you order without cheese). The cream soda is super yummy too.Only 4 stars for service because I've had a couple of good experiences here and also a few awkward ones. I think this is normal with any new opening, as it takes some time for employees to hit their stride. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a sub above!“
