I won’t admit how often we go there during the week, but enough to know that they are consistent in their quality and service. I didn’t know how much Moorhead needed a Jersey Mikes until they opened. My wallet doesn’t thank them, but I do! Keep up the great work!“

“The employees were friendly and kind. Even when i was fumbling around figuring out a new order, they even suggested a sauce for my protein bowl that turned out to be a wonderful choice
My only complaint is that they are not allowed to customize the nachos. What do you mean there are all these delicious vegetables nearby and I'm stuck with raw onions and tomatoes and nothing else? Not even any olives or banana peppers? That's a bad choice on the part of corporate. Had to change my mind and get a protein bowl instead.“

“I use the drive through for my lunch breaks and it’s always fast (Iv never been disappointed) Lizzie is amazing, she is always in a great mood and even remembers my name (it’s the little things that matter) I truly hope she is the store manager because she gives store manager vibes. You cannot buy employees that truly care and she delivers that every visit.“

“I frequent this Subway fairly often and have done over many years. The East 10 Subway is generally clean and the staff is generally welcoming. A few months ago a car ran into the northeast corner of the building and the outside repairs seem to be completed but they are still working on replacing a window and finishing up repairs inside. Today my wife and I ordered two sandwiches both of which were done quickly and accurately. The pop machine and floor around the pop machine was a bit of a mess. We mentioned it to the staff who quickly came out and cleaned up the mess.“

“I was at walgreen and there was a man on the bench by walgreens who appeared to be in hard times. As i got in the car i heard the subway employee yell from subway asking him asking if he needed a sandwhich. The guy clearly did and waved for him to come get one. This is a small act of kindness you dont always see. Normally its judgement and dirty looks. I didnt get the guys name i was on a time limit and already late but i figured a good review would hopefully help this employee get recognized.“

“I've been here multiple times..I order the French dip and have never been disappointed. I forgot to add my tea to my order so when I got to the pick up window I asked if I could order one and they threw it in for free...now that's customer service. Highly recommended.“
