“My kids and I frequent this location often, and this latest visit with my daughter really stood out because of one of the employees. The ice cream and food were excellent, as they always are, but I especially wanted to highlight the character and presence of this particular team member. We were greeted by a gentleman named Matt (I believe that was his name per his name tag). He had a positive tone and demeanor right from the start and used classic DQ-friendly language, something along the lines of, “What kind of tasty treats can we serve you today?” which genuinely made us smile.😁

During ordering, I had a few basic requests and even changed my mind partway through. Matt normalized it completely, added some flair and positivity, and never made me feel like I was asking for too much. He was helpful, kind, and clearly enjoyed what he was doing. What stood out even more was watching how he interacted with his coworkers, friendly, respectful, and upbeat. It was refreshing to see someone who not only enjoys his job but brings that positive energy to both customers and colleagues. Great experience all around!“

“Very disappointed in an experience that was expensive for 5 sandwiches. All 5 had jalapenos. 1 sandwich was supposed to be on the side. Must have been 20 on a foot long. The bacon had an appearance of wet,raw,bacon. Truly everything was disgusting on my sub. Try better.“

“I needed a morning coffee to get going today and I have to say this is a very nice and clean restaurant, the friendliest staff ever, sweet as can be and they have a very good system down, probably the fastest McDonald's I've ever visited. Kudos to you.“
