The food and drinks were delicious and the servers were attentive and professional. Portions were appropriate and we got exactly what we ordered. The ice cream and food were excellent, as they always are, but I especially wanted to highlight the character and presence of this particular team member. We were greeted by a gentleman named Matt (I believe that was his name per his name tag). He had a positive tone and demeanor right from the start and used classic DQ-friendly language, something along the lines of, “What kind of tasty treats can we serve you today?” which genuinely made us smile.😁

During ordering, I had a few basic requests and even changed my mind partway through. Matt normalized it completely, added some flair and positivity, and never made me feel like I was asking for too much. He was helpful, kind, and clearly enjoyed what he was doing. What stood out even more was watching how he interacted with his coworkers, friendly, respectful, and upbeat. It was refreshing to see someone who not only enjoys his job but brings that positive energy to both customers and colleagues. Great experience all around!“
