“I’ve been to this location a couple of times. The only real complaints come from the visit today when there was a black hair in my blizzard as well as I never received the additional ranch I paid for. Other than the poor visit on today’s visit, the location is usually on point. They’re relatively quick and usually are on top the game when giving what you ask for. I really dislike paying for extra sauces anywhere to begin with however, and it’s even worse when you pay for them and don’t get them. I will never understand why additional sauces are more at certain places. $0.51 for a tiny ranch is crazy. Get with the times. Chick Fil A is free for sauces and their prices are comparable if not cheaper.“

“I used to frequently visit this location before COVID. Yesterday I was in the area and decided to stop by. This place was SO busy but they were so efficient and nice. I continue to be impressed each time I order. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Oh My Gosh.... After NDSU beat SDSU all fast foods were closed except Taco Bell. Drive up was long preorder was sent in, lobby was full of fans. Workers were filling orders at light speed. Glad that I was able to find food at 11:30 at night. Go Bison 🦬 Happy someone was open to make money.“

“Stopped in for a fast lunch. For being a fast food restaurant I was impressed with the food. My husband enjoyed the chicken strips, I loved the coleslaw and my burger has some good taste. The only draw backs was there was no toy included in my daughters meal, lady explained that that was changing.. didn’t believer her. The drink area could have been wiped down. And on table had signs all over it for what I’m guessing was some sort of advertisement for outside.“

“The gentleman working the drive thru today, just before 5pm, was the most polite and delivered our meal with care and cleanliness! I would return solely based on how awesome he is. The food was also perfectly cooked, blizzards filled to the top and everything was packaged nicely for the car ride home.“

“Lobby was closed but that was alright. The 2 dudes that made my order did a superb job and got my special order correct. Delicious and fast.

“I stopped going to Subway quite a while back.Not too long ago I had a coupon so I tried it out again.There were so many great updates.I WENT INTO THIS PARTICULAR SUBWAY**** (109 Main Ave E, West Fargo, ND 58078) *****Steve was especially helpful. Like I said I had not been in one for a while. There were so many new choices.I absolutely love the new rotisserie chicken. And now that they are slicing their own meat it is much better.Also I had a rather unique situation of trying to keep my sandwiches cold for a few hours before I got home.Steve totally set me up so I felt very comfortable that my sandwiches would be great even though they would be in the car for a few hours.I just want to give kudos to Steve and Nathan for great customer service.They are keepers.

“I went to this JJ's at 3:45pm on a Wednesday, the service was great, the people were kind, and they actually gave me extra lettuce when I asked for it! Most of these stores in the area give you almost non-existent veggies even when you ask for extra, but not this store, thank you to the kind peeps who work here!“

We waited maybe 5 mins before everything was ready. The kind of service you truly associate with KFC. 10/10 would recommend and come again.“
